Down Pipe
Down Pipe, a dark lead grey, has definite blue undertones. Originally inspired by the colour used to paint downpipes and guttering! This daringly dark hue as a Ruler Height Chart works as wonderfully in a new contemporary home as it does an 18th century cottage.
All our Rulers are painted using the gorgeous Farrow & Ball paint colours. The wood is sanded, given a coat of primer/undercoat and topped with 3 coats of eggshell paint. Once painted the lines and numbers are then screen printed on with an ink so strong it’s there to last a lifetime. We don’t add a varnish as we found it yellows in time and ruins the beautiful colour you ordered.

Down Pipe
- Dimensions: H198cm W17cm D2cm
- Your Ruler will include a Nickel Saw Tooth Alligator Hanger and 2 screws. Fix this to the back of your Ruler about 3” down from the top. Once ready, measure from the floor up to the bottom of your Hanger and put a screw in the wall, using a raw plug if necessary.
- Please allow 1-2 weeks for delivery on plain Rulers and 2-3 weeks for personalized.
