Can I personalise my Ruler?

Yes! We can hand-paint names, family titles (e.g., 'The Miller Family'), or special dates onto your ruler for a small additional fee. You can choose this option on the product page. Please note that personalised items take slightly longer to dispatch.

What kind of wood do you use?

We use high-quality, sustainably sourced Redwood Pine. Each piece is hand-selected, chamfered, and stained. Because wood is a natural product, every ruler is unique with its own grain patterns and knots, meaning no two rulers are exactly alike.

How do I mark the heights on the wood?

We recommend using a permanent marker (like a Sharpie) or a paint pen for the best results. We also sell specific 'Marker' tools and vinyl arrow stickers on our site if you prefer a cleaner look without writing directly on the wood!

How do I hang my height chart?

Each Ruler comes with a professional nickel 'saw-tooth' hanger and screws. To install, simply fix the hanger to the back of the Ruler (usually about 3” from the top). Measure from the floor up to your wall screw to ensure the ruler starts at the correct height—this also allows it to hang perfectly above your skirting boards!

How will my order be delivered?

We use a specialist overnight courier service for all our Rulers to ensure they arrive safely. Once dispatched, you will receive tracking information via email so you can monitor your delivery. Delivery is free to the UK mainland

What if my Ruler arrives damaged?

We take great care in packaging your Ruler, but if it arrives damaged, please notify us within 7 working days. Please take photos of the damaged item and the packaging, as this helps us process a replacement for you as quickly as possible.

What is the return policy?

We want you to love your height chart! If you change your mind, you can return non-personalised items within 14 days of receipt for a refund or exchange, provided they are in their original packaging and condition.

Please note that because personalised and bespoke products are made to order specifically for you, they cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged or faulty. If your item is damaged, please report it to us within 7 working days so we can make it right.

When will I receive my refund?

Once we receive your returned item and confirm it is in its original condition, we will process your refund within 5–7 working days.

The refund will be credited back to the original payment method used at checkout. Please note that while we process the refund quickly, it may take your bank or credit card provider an additional few days to show the credit on your statement.

Please note: Shipping costs for returning non-faulty items are non-refundable and are the responsibility of the customer.
