SHIPPING POLICY

Thank you for choosing The Real Ruler Height Chart Company. Because our products are handcrafted with care, our shipping process reflects the time and craftsmanship required to create each piece.

1. HANDMADE PRODUCTION LEAD TIMES

Every height chart we produce is made to order and handcrafted in our studio.

Standard Lead Time: Please allow 7 working days for the creation and finishing of your ruler before it is dispatched.
Peak Seasons: During exceptionally busy periods (such as Christmas or Father’s Day), production times may increase. We appreciate your patience while we ensure your ruler meets our high standards of quality.

2. SHIPPING & DELIVERY TIMES

Once your ruler has been handcrafted and passed our quality check, it will be handed over to our courier.

UK Shipping: Delivery typically takes 3–5 working days after the initial 7-day production period.
International Shipping: Delivery times vary by destination. Please contact us at info@realrulerco.com for a specific estimate and quote.

3. POTENTIAL FOR DELAYS

We strive to meet all estimated delivery dates; however, because our process is manual and artisanal, delays may occasionally occur. * Factors such as natural drying times for wood finishes, sourcing premium timber, or unexpected order surges can impact production.

Please note that we are not responsible for delays caused by courier services, weather conditions, or customs clearance for international orders.
Should your order be significantly delayed beyond our standard window, we will contact you via email or phone to provide an update.

4. SHIPPING COSTS

Domestic: Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the size and weight of your order.
International: Quotes are provided via email. Please note that we reserve the right to contact you for additional funds if the final volumetric weight (the size of the packaged box) exceeds the initial estimate provided.

5. TRACKING & RECEIPT

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email.

Courier Requirements: A valid contact phone number is required for all orders to assist the courier with a successful delivery.
Inspection on Arrival: Upon receiving your parcel, please inspect it immediately. Any damage caused during transit must be reported to us within 7 working days of receipt.

6. CUSTOMS, DUTIES, AND TAXES

The Real Ruler Height Chart Company is not responsible for any customs or import taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, VAT, etc.).
