RETURNS & REFUND POLICY
At The Real Ruler Height Chart Company, we want you to be delighted with your purchase. If you are not entirely satisfied, we are here to help.
1. Return Window
You have 30 calendar days to claim a return or refund from the date you received your ruler. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
2. Personalised & Bespoke Items
Please note that personalised, hand-engraved, or bespoke height charts are exempt from the standard 30-day return policy.

These items cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged or faulty.

We strongly recommend double-checking all spelling and customization details at the time of ordering.
3. Damaged or Faulty Goods
We take great pride in our craftsmanship, but if your ruler arrives damaged or faulty, please notify us immediately.

Reporting Period: You must report any damage or faults within 7 working days of receipt.

Process: Please contact us at info@realrulerco.com or call 07790306220 with your order number and photos of the damage.

Resolution: We will arrange for a replacement, exchange, or full refund at no extra cost to you.
4. How to Initiate a Return
If your item is not personalised and you wish to return it:

Contact Us: Email info@realrulerco.com to notify us of your intent to return.

Packaging: Ensure the ruler is securely packaged (ideally in its original tube/box) to prevent damage during transit. The goods are your responsibility until they reach our studio.

Shipping: With the exception of faulty goods, you are responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
5. Refunds
Once we receive your item and inspect it, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.

If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment (PayPal or Credit/Debit card).

Please allow a few working days for the funds to appear in your account, depending on your bank's processing times.
